• If you already know how often or for how long you want to use the app during the first discussions with our sales team, please let us know - we can adjust the license period in our offer.
  • Even if the planned useful life is not clear to you at the beginning - we choose the license period at the beginning of the project so that you can cover your event in any case and also have time for the evaluation of your data afterwards (usually half a year).
  • If you want to use the app longer than initially agreed in your offer, you can request this from us for an additional charge.
  • As a rule, we only delete an app upon your explicit request directly after the event. In this case, it can no longer be used.
  • Normally, however, your app is still available for a while, so it can be reactivated later if you want to use it again. Please ask us - we will discuss with you whether it makes more sense to use the existing or a new app.
