You can invite a person via invitation link or create a CMS account manually. 


1. create a CMS account manually

  • Open in the CMS / Backend in the upper black bar the point Accounts
  • Then select CMS Accounts in the menu that appears


  • Create a CMS account by clicking on Create account


  • Enter e-mail address and name of authorized person
  • Assign a password with at least eight digits, consisting of upper and lower case letters and numbers
  • Assign an account role: 

       App managers are allowed to change content throughout the app
       Event managers
are authorized to change the contents of an event
       Users
only see the moderation area (e.g. survey results)

  • Make sure that only people you trust have access to the CMS - because they can see or edit content



2. Invitation via e-mail


  • click on Invite person


  • enter the e-mail address of the authorized person and select an account role
  • App managers are authorized to change content throughout the app
  • Event managers are entitled to change the content of an event. In this case, select the relevant business event. 
  • Users only see the moderation area (for example, survey results)
  • when you have completed all entries, click on Invite
