Prepare the Excel file according to the template and enter all the data required for your event. 

Note: The IDs are assigned consecutively for the entire app. This means that if you present several events in one app, you must take the assignment of IDs into account accordingly. 



You can find the template in the CMS under the menu tab Help & Support

The next step is to select an event and click on Event Planning in the menu and then Schedule. Then click Import Schedule.


In the next view you will be asked to upload the Excel file. If the upload was successful, click Submit.


Next, you see how many records are added or whether records can be updated. If you want to overwrite entries, please set the check mark and click next on Import.
