Documents (slides, presentation slides, graphics) can be assigned to a presentation as a PDF. On the one hand, they can be reached via the event detail and via a menu item PDF documents. All documents uploaded via the backend are displayed in alphabetical order.

You need the following steps to create your documents:

Click Create document.

  1. Enter a document name.
  2. Click Select File to select the desired PDF file.
  3. On Document Event, select the agenda item to which the document is to be linked.
