Use the following steps to create your news:

  1. Click on Communication / News in your event.
  2. Click Create News.
  3. Enter a title for your news.
  4. Upload a teaser image (3000x2000px, JPG or PNG) if required.
  5. Enter a picture description if required.
  6. Enter an author if required.
  7. Enter your message.
  8. Enter a source if required.
  9. Select a time for automatic dispatch.
  10. Click yes on Sticky News if necessary. Sticky News means that this post is always displayed at the top of the list. Otherwise the posts are sorted by date/time.
  11. If necessary, select a group to receive the message. If you have not selected a group, all users will be notified.
  12. Click on Insert.
