- Did you use the correct email address? Use the address provided to you by the Mobile Event App team or the organizer.
- Have you entered your email address correctly? Often company addresses are very long and a typing error occurs very quickly.
- Have you entered the password correctly? Please pay attention to upper and lower case. Sometimes a space that is not part of the password is accidentally copied when you copy and paste it.
- Have you already been logged in? If so, you have already been asked to enter your own password. Then the original password is no longer valid. If you do not remember your password, use the "Forgot password" function or contact the team of the Mobile Event App.
- If you can exclude the above reasons, please contact the Mobile Event App team or the organizer. You may not yet have access to the app or your password may have to be re-assigned.
